The (MLS)  Orlando Regional Multiple Listing Service is the primary search tool that real estate agents utilize when they search for a property for their client/tenant.  Realtor.Com is used by many individuals to search for homes for sale and rental properties. Having your property listed on both will provide the marketing exposure necessary to sell or rent your properties in the shortest time possible.

 
INTERNET LISTINGS

Your home listing, which includes color photos, will appear on multiple real estate websites including  Orlando Regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Realtor.Com and  Schmitt Realty, Pllc websites.

Buyer's/Tenants will be able to locate and view your home on line and see all the vital information to get your home sold/rented quickly from any location. It is a great way for people moving to the area to view current properties that are available.

YARD SIGNS

We will provide a Schmitt Realty, Pllc yard sign, another powerful tool to expose your home to potential buyers/tenants. The sign makes it convenient for buyers to gather additional information or visit our website for further information regarding your listing. This professional marketing tool will assist you in the marketing and successful Sale/Rental of your home.

Electronic KEY LOCKBOX (Additional $50. fee per six months.)

We will furnish you an Electronic Lock box to be utilized by real estate agents to access your home for scheduled showings. Lock boxes allow convenient  controlled access to your home and allow buyers/renters to view your property. The seller/landlord does not need to be present  while a buyer's/tenant's real estate agent is showing them your home. Agents are more likely to show your home when a lock box is used...Only registered Realtor's are able to acces the property with a Supra Key.


STAGING ASSISTANCE FOR YOUR PROPERTY

We will walk through the property with you and provide a candid assessment of the home's current condition, curb appeal, attributes, followed by existing issues that have the potential to deter prospective buyers/tenants. The goal is to broaden the home’s appeal to the widest possible spectrum of buyers/tenants and what will provide the best impression/Return on your Investment (ROI).

Duration

The properties will be listed, until it is sold or leased, with a maxium time period of 12 months per contract period.
