This Service is available for the owner/landlord that wishes to manage their property but needs assistance with Advertising and Finding a Renter. This service speeds up the process of finding a tenant and frees up your time.  At present, the RenterFind service is finding/signing tenants for  properties in less than 31 days. If you loose one months rent, you have spent more than the cost of this service. Great service if you live out of the area or do not have the time to show the property every day of the week.

Home Check Service
Flat Fee $50.00 month
We check the property monthly and notify the owner if there is any issues. This is a great service if you are out of the area for any length of time.
